PRISHTINA, 26 October 2010 - Anti-Corruption Agency director Mr. Preteni Hasan had today (Tuesday) the first introduction meeting with Silvio Bonfigli, the new Head of EULEX Justice Component.
Mr. Preteni informed Mr. Bonfigli on the Agency work, on the challenges which this institution faces and on the good cooperation he had with his predecessor.
Strengthening of the justice system in Kosovo was estimated to be a very important issue for these two institutions in order to implement their mission more successfully.
The two heads agreed that such cooperation among them should continue and further cultivate the spirit of partnership in order to strengthen the rule of law in Republic of Kosovo.
Silvio Bonfigli was appointed to this position in August of this year, while succeeding his Italian compatriot Alberto Perducan.
