The legal deadline for declaration of property by senior public officials of institutions of the Republic of Kosovo as provided the Law on Declaration, Origin and Control of Property and Gifts (LDOCPG) ended on 31 March 2010.
The number of senior officials who are obliged to declare the property are: 1560, from the total number 1374 or 88.07% of senior public officials have declared the property, 186 senior public officials have not yet declared the property.
Among senior public officials who have declared property are the main leaders of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo as President of the Republic, Speaker of the Assembly, the Prime Minister, and two Deputy/Prime Ministers. While at the level of ministers, their property have declared 16 out of 17 ministers making up the government of the Republic of Kosovo.
Also, this legal obligation has been met by the President of the Constitutional Court, the President of the Supreme Court, Chief Prosecutor of Kosovo, the Rector of the University, Heads of Agencies. Of 37 municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo 25 Mayors have declared property, also from 29 Public Enterprises 25 managers have declared their property.

The Agency, within the legal deadline, will publish on its website property declaration forms and names of senior public officials who have not declared the property; also, we will treat every case of non-disclosure and will act in conformity with the law.
