Kosovo Anti-Corruption Agency requested today from Ilir Tolaj, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Health, to begin the dismissal of Mr. Nexhat Kondirolli from the duty of Expert in the Pharmacy Division within the Ministry. This is due to the fact that Mr. Kondirolli is the owner of the pharmaceutical company: "Kondirolli" and at the same time is employed as a civil servant in the above-mentioned position. Based on Article 26.1 of the Anti-Corruption Law the exercise of these two functions represents a conflict of interest.
