The Office of the Language Commissioner (OLC), in cooperation with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Mission in Kosovo (OSCE), organized the fourth edition of the annual award ceremony for the best practices in the implementation of the Law on the Use of Languages, where prizes were awarded to the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA), the Presidency of Kosovo and the Agency for Information Society (AIS).

On this occasion, the Anti-Corruption Agency Director, Mr. Yll Buleshkaj, said that upon taking office, he prioritized the implementation of legislation, while compliance with the official languages in Kosovo is an obligation for all institutions.
The selection of the award winners was made based on the findings from the regular monitoring of the implementation of the Law on the Use of Languages, developed by the OLC, the updating of the web pages in both languages, as well as the communication with journalists in both languages (invitations, announcements, communications, statements, etc.)
Slaviša Mladenović, Language Commissioner, Office of the Language Commissioner/Office of the Prime Minister, Ambassador Michael Davenport, Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo and Ambassador Thomas Kolly, Ambassador of Switzerland in Kosovo, spoke about the importance of implementing official languages in Kosovo.
